This intimate medicine gathering will be held at a beautiful private residence in Denver.
Creating a safe, grounded, and heart-centered container to slow down, reconnect, and listen deeply to the wisdom within.

Through intentional preparation, guided ceremony, music, reflection, authentic connection, and integration, participants will be invited into a journey of remembrance — honoring what is ready to be released while creating space for new seeds to germinate.

Opening the space through prayer, setting intentions, and calling in what is ready to move through you.

A carefully held ceremonial arc with music, ritual, and guidance to support deep emotional release.

Small group support designed to cultivate emotional safety, authentic connection, and genuine human resonance, including two preparation calls before the ceremony and two integration calls afterward.

Practices woven throughout to support restoration, regulation, and embodied presence rooted in somatic experiencing and internal family systems.

Reflection & Rest

Overnight holding to allow the medicine of the experience to settle, integrate, and be received.

Gentle sharing circle, and closing practices before departure, seeding the path forward with clarity and intention.
